The Daily Mail reports that the cult boxer Mike Tyson has once again been accused of rape. This time, the court was approached by a woman whom he met in a nightclub in 1990. According to the victim, the athlete attacked her almost immediately after she got into his limousine.
I got into his limousine to pick up my friend from her house. Tyson began to touch me, kiss, I refused him, after which he did not stop and raped me, she said.
The plaintiff is going to recover from Tyson $ 5 million in compensation for moral damages.
Note that in 1992, Tyson was sentenced to several years in prison for another rape. Then Tyson denied guilt to the last, arguing that the sexual relationship with the victim occurred by mutual consent, but the court was adamant.
