Farrah Abraham relaxed next to a hotel pool in Los Angeles on Tuesday after announcing plans to release her third sex tape. The 35-year-old former Teen Mom star wore a skimpy bikini and high heels as she walked around the edge of the pool.

Abraham showed off a liquid BBL during her pool outing. Unlike traditional procedures that rely on fat transfers or implants, her procedure relies entirely on injectable dermal fillers.

The reality star and OnlyFans creator is preparing to release her third X-rated video, which will be created using artificial intelligence. Her first tape, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, became a bestseller when it was released in 2013. That project produced a sequel titled Farrah 2: Backdoor and More, which was made from leftover footage.

Abraham later criticized the original tape during an episode of A&E's Secrets of Celebrity Sex Tapes. She stated that a manipulative former manager convinced her to shoot the video while she was in a vulnerable state.

Cosmetic Procedures and Health History
Over the years, Abraham has spent between six and seven figures on cosmetic enhancements, referring to her physique as a million-dollar body. Her first cosmetic surgery took place at age 19, when she underwent a breast augmentation. Last year, she told the Daily Mail that she has spent around $50,000 on her lips alone.
In an interview with Us Weekly last September, Abraham claimed she had no Botox or fillers after choosing to stop surgeries and learn self-love. However, she recently revealed that she suffers from degenerative disc disease in her jaw, which prevents her from opening her mouth normally.

During an appearance on the adult industry podcast Pillow Talk, Abraham explained that while she does not want additional cosmetic procedures, she requires one more surgery to address her jaw condition. "I can't use my jaw. I can't open my mouth up normally," she said.

Fitness Routine and Pain Management
To stay in shape, Abraham follows a strength training routine and a high-protein diet. She recently told the Daily Mail about her workout focus: "Focusing on my traps really helps my neck and posture. So, that’s my biggest focus, along with my back and core. I'm lifting weights consistently because building strength is my priority."
She also relies on weight training to handle severe pain from ongoing health conditions before her scheduled jaw surgery in September. "I've had ongoing issues with my jaw and neck for years, and until I have my jaw surgery in September, keeping my neck, back and core as strong as possible really helps manage the pain," Abraham said. "For me, it's less about getting smaller and more about being strong, healthy and resilient. Weight training helps me stay lean while building real strength."
Diet Adjustments and Career Background
Due to her jaw issues, Abraham has switched to a liquid diet to avoid chewing pain. "I eat a mostly high-protein diet, but because of my jaw issues, a lot of my meals are in liquid form," she said. "I blend most of my food because it means less chewing and puts less strain on my jaw. Things like wraps or toasted sandwiches are just too difficult for me right now, so I've had to adapt the way I eat."
She plans to change her eating habits again after her upcoming operation. "Once I've had my surgery and I'm able to eat normally again, I'll continue focusing on high-protein meals while keeping processed and junk food to a minimum," she explained.
Abraham first gained national attention as a teenager on MTV's 16 & Pregnant before joining the spin-off series Teen Mom in 2009. Beyond reality television, she has written a New York Times bestseller, released an experimental music album, and acted in a horror movie.
