On April 7 and 8, on the -1st floor of the Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center in Moscow, the grand opening of the Eleganzza flagship store, called Eleganzza Piece of Art, took place. This is the first Eleganzza boutique in a new format: a complete collection of fashionable clothes is presented here in tandem with the brand’s long-known and many favorite accessories.
The art showcase of the flagship Eleganzza Piece of Art is decorated with a painting homage to Bram Bogart by Kirill Zelenogorsky “Untitled”. Commissioned by the brand, the painting is made in the author’s unique mixed media: imitating three-dimensional strokes of oil paint with the help of acrylic-coated construction foam, Kirill Zelenogorsky leaves an ironic commentary on the role of art history in modern times.
While creating clothes and accessories for the spring-summer POP Art collection, we were inspired by the works of Warhol, Lichtenstein, Hockney and Mondrian. The principle of “fashion as art” formed the basis of the design of our flagship — Eleganzza Piece of Art. We sought to create a unique fashionable space that combines the atmosphere of an avant-garde art gallery and the comfort of a fashion boutique, where inspiration is easily embodied in style, and shopping does not tire, but inspires and energizes, – says Sergey Surkov, creative director of Eleganzza.
On the occasion of the opening, a grandiose art party died down in the store, for the musical accompaniment of which he was responsible DJ Alex Fresh. During the event, creative director Sergey Surkov and the brand’s stylists introduced the guests to the total look concept from Eleganzza and helped each customer create their own unique image based on the new seasonal collection.
Famous stylist and host of the program “Reboot on TNT” Lina Dembikova, creative director of Lamoda Denis Petyuk and many others appeared among the famous guests of the opening.
