The heat is gone: what clothes to escape the summer in the office and look fashionable

Let’s be honest, the question “what to wear to work?” ruthlessly pursues us. Whatever your office dress code – loose or strict – you also need to be able to live up to the fashionable code of honor, hint at your boss for a vacation, or show competitors who’s in charge here. It would seem that the material is not dusty: they were inspired by the images of the original “Gossip Girl” or “Force Majeure”, and go ahead – repeat stylish options. In fact, your favorite shirt ends up in the wash, the skirt has miraculously shrunk since last year, and the soul doesn’t lie with the other options that day. So it turns out that there is nothing left to wear.

Stop the panic! If you pull yourself together and take a cold look at the wardrobe, you’ll see that it has good potential – you just didn’t notice it. Sometimes a single purchase isn’t enough to get office things playing in a new way. Therefore, we have compiled a list of summer must-haves that can transform your work capsule and add a stylish accent all at once. As a bonus – in such pictures it will not be hot either. Ever since Yves Saint Laurent’s tuxedo transformed the waistcoat from a masculine wardrobe item into a feminine one, stars have worn it all the time. And to visit Michael Kors, and for the sisters’ birthday – trend setters Blake Lively and Bella Hadid know exactly what to steal from their husband and boyfriend’s wardrobe! We take inspiration from their looks for the social event collections, but suggest wearing a cardigan with trousers or jeans in the office – minis will obviously be superfluous here.

If this summer you only plan to have a striped print of the sea, then let’s at least wear it with pride and variety. Fortunately, the striped pattern can be worn in the office in different variations: on a shirt, cardigan or T-shirt. For example, from a cool summer look – white and promising. The path to the career ladder is not easy and the summer in the city is hot – do you feel the logic? In case the heat has arrived and the urge to go to the office in a pantsuit has, on the contrary, disappeared, we take out the bermuda – a classic model of shorts that fits perfectly into the dress code of the office. Colorful hairpins, platform slippers and plastic bracelets – if these items have returned to our wardrobe from youth, then why not flip the pleated skirt too? Especially in the version in which fashion bloggers offer us to do it, namely in combination with a cropped jacket and a simple white T-shirt. Elegant and mature!
