ABOUT YOU FASHION WEEK 2022

An epic evening in Milan

The exciting combination of fashion, music, dance and entertainment created many exciting moments and excited more than 500 guests of the ABOUT YOU fashion show. In keeping with this year’s AYFW motto “Welcome to the unexpected”, ABOUT YOU presented fascinating “fashiontainment” at its best. The show’s setting was a gigantic scaffolding structure on three levels, consisting of a rectangular “Tableau Vivant” surrounded by a catwalk. An elaborate light show of complex projections and thousands of light beams showed the models in different styles and perspectives.

Freedom and individuality was the motto of the show

The ABOUT YOU fashion show broke the standard in all respects and showed once again: Fashion means freedom, individuality, self-expression and self-determination. A diverse cast of models spanning all ages, ethnicities, body shapes and genders presented, both statically and dynamically on the run, a variety of exciting, unconventional and bold looks: combinations from a punk-beach look to an evening gown with hiking boots broke all the rules of conservative fashion . The spectacular fashion show ABOUT YOU was opened by a new face, model Leni Klum. Famous model Alessandra Ambrosio also walked the catwalk, impressing the circular audience with her sensational look.

After party

Immediately following the show, the venue transformed into a party venue where performers performed ‘Paris Je t’aime’, turning the catwalk into a dance floor. Many famous faces present such as Heidi Klum, Leni Klum, Skepta, Toni Garrn, Alex Pettyfer, Alessandra Ambrosio, Khaby Lame, Karolína Kurková, Luka Sabbat, Anna Dello Russo, Dennis Schröder, Guido Maria Kretschmer, Marina Hoermanseder, Achraf, Nikeata Thompson, Mariano Di Vaio, Chiara Biasi, Riccardo Simonetti, Caro Daur, The Elevator Boys and many others enjoyed the good mood and pleasant atmosphere of the evening. A spectacular start to what is sure to be an unforgettable week.
