Uggs – fashionable or not? The main mistakes that prevent you from looking like a fashion blogger

If you’ve never had these comfortable “slippers” for the street, you’ve probably thought about buying them at least once. Yet we have survived more than one UGG epidemic! In the shaggy 2000s, when Juicy Couture suits from Paris Hilton’s pink collection seemed like the stuff of dreams, semi-boots with chunky flat soles and lined with fur inside were also considered the buy of the year. And with a cropped jacket, skinny jeans and pearl shadows, they were usually seen as the crown of trends – remember?

We ourselves have not forgotten thousands and thousands of group photos on social networks, where fashionistas showed off their ugg boots. With ripped knee denim, hats and long sleeves of questionable quality, everyone seemed to wear these shoes. And if you also had a pendant with an owl, then you are just a fashionable Olympus celestial! However, stop getting nostalgic: ugg boots are definitely back, but not at all as they were remembered in the zero. Fortunately.

To answer your own question, which was posed at the beginning, let’s say: yes, UGG boots have been considered a powerful trend for everyday looks for many seasons. They’re not new to the catwalks, but they don’t claim to be ultra-trendy shoes. On the contrary, the relaxed silhouettes and sporty look suit Uggs much more than the thin summer pants and tasselled stoles that were considered stylish in the 2000s. And from there, it’s easy to guess what is the main mistake of girls who put on UGG boots and wonder why their images are not as spectacular as those of fashion bloggers.

It’s simple: just don’t do what was considered cool in zero. That is, do not wear UGG boots with ripped skinny jeans, do not add translucent knit sweaters to them, do not wear them with thin pants. The gap between textures, as you already know, often looks strange: warm shoes need appropriate clothes in terms of “heaviness” – tight sweaters, cardigans, matte leggings. And, of course, in the new season we will refuse unnecessary decorations on shoes: we will say a ruthless “Sorry, goodbye” to shiny clasps applied with butterflies. And uggs – a firm “Yes!”.
