From package dress to floral lace: CFDA Awards’ top 20 looks for women

______________________________

Fashion “Oscar” or CFDA award invariably becomes not only the main event in the American fashion industry, but also a good opportunity to admire the stylishly dressed star guests. We shared a partial photo report from the white carpet in the morning, and now it’s time to consider the cutest images.

Someone relied on modest elegance, someone – on frankness, but they all had one thing in common – the guests decided to support the nominated designers by wearing their outfits from the latest collections. But, for example, Kylie Jenner decided to step back and came in an archival dress.

Also, everyone unanimously chose a calm color scheme: both strict black and white outfits and dresses of chocolate, mother-of-pearl and steel shades looked great on a white presswall. It seems that only Christina Ricci stood out in a green dress with a colorful floral print and lace trim. Representatives of the Kardashian-Jenner celebrity clan also attracted attention: Kim chose a tight-fitting dress made as if not from fabric, but from polyethylene, Khloe relied on the seductive drapery of the top of the dress, and Kendall on simplicity and was irresistible in a snow-white dress with the thinnest straps. There was a place for outrageousness – the singer Janelle Monet and the legendary stylist Patti Wilson were responsible for it.
