Jazz wrote: "Hey everyone. I never thought I'd have to write something like this on a public platform, but since I've been so open with you guys about my journey, it only feels right to let you guys know that Demi and I have decided to part ways after a beautiful 10 months together."

She added: "I am forever grateful to Demi for being the biggest support throughout my personal journey, best girlfriend and rock through some really challenging moments. I couldn't have done it without her. We are both going to be spending some time off of socials, so please respect our privacy at this time, we'll be back soon."

Demi also posted her own message, writing: "It pains my heart to write this... After the most beautiful 10 months together, Jazz and I have decided to go our separate ways."

"There is still so much love between us, a real gentle kind of love that doesn't disappear just because life changes direction. I'll forever be grateful for the memories we made, the joy she brought into my life, and the way we cared for each other," she continued, also thanking Jazz's family for welcoming her.

"This is a really heavy time, so I kindly ask for a bit of privacy and understanding while we both try to navigate this chapter. I'll be stepping away from socials for a little while to heal and find my feet again. She was my almost forever. And I'll always be grateful for her."

Relationship played out on screen

Made In Chelsea, the E4 reality series following a group of young people in west London that first aired in 2011, showed Jazz and Demi's romance play out on camera, and it was not always smooth sailing. Tensions grew after Jazz's friend Jules Pollard voiced concerns about the relationship.

Discussing the fallout, Jules told Heat Magazine in October: "It's been really difficult the last few months, having to film about it, because it's so real for me and it's so real for her, and Demi as well. So I think talking about something that genuinely means so much to you has been really tough, especially doing it on camera, it's been tough, but I felt like I would want my best friend to be honest with me."

Jazz, who joined the Made In Chelsea cast last year, came out in a social media post in early March. The show's last season saw her discuss the split from Demi before growing close to Inga Valentiner, with the pair ultimately deciding to remain friends rather than pursue a romance.
