Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber stepped out for a sushi dinner in Beverly Hills on Tuesday evening, three days after being photographed in an animated exchange at a high-profile wedding.
The 32-year-old singer and 29-year-old model were spotted dining out in the Los Angeles suburb following photos obtained by the Daily Mail that showed them in a tense moment at the wedding of musician Finneas O'Connell and Claudia Sulewski.
Hailey Bieber wore a low-cut black top for the evening date, styling her hair back into a slick bun and wearing narrow black sunglasses. Justin Bieber dressed casually in a white T-shirt, displaying a scruffy beard alongside stud earrings, a nose ring and chains around his neck.
The couple's night out follows public interest in images captured during last weekend's wedding of O'Connell, the music producer and brother of pop singer Billie Eilish. At the star-studded ceremony, the couple were seen speaking animatedly, with Hailey gesturing dramatically before walking away from her husband.
Wedding exchange and family life
Despite speculation surrounding the wedding photos, sources close to the couple told the Daily Mail that the pair remain deeply committed to their marriage. The Biebers, who welcomed their son Jack Blues two years ago, were described by insiders as a passionate couple who fight as fiercely as they love.
"Hailey bickers with Justin all the time, so a wedding spat, if any, was probably just a minor flare-up," a source told the Daily Mail. "They are crazy in love and committed to each other, make no mistake, and eventually want another child."
The couple recently marked a major family milestone when their son Jack Blues turned two on August 22. Hailey celebrated the occasion by sharing a photo carousel on Instagram, writing in the caption, "Our sweet baby is 2. Happy birthday Jack Blues."
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin originally tied the knot in a New York City courthouse on September 13, 2018. They held a larger wedding ceremony with family and friends the following year, an event they later documented in a video series on YouTube, and will celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary later this month.
Joint business ventures and festival stages
The past year has been a prominent one for the power couple, marked by notable career achievements and shared business collaborations. Together, the husband and wife dropped a co-designed fashion collection under SKYLRK, an apparel line founded by Justin Bieber.
In April, the pair expanded their commercial ventures by releasing collaborative pimple patches through Rhode, the skin care brand founded by Hailey Bieber in 2022 that has grown into a billion-dollar company.
That same month, Justin Bieber completed back-to-back weekend headline performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. His festival sets included surprise guest appearances from musical artists SZA, Sexyy Red and Big Sean.
Following the first festival weekend, Hailey Bieber shared social media footage of her husband performing a duet of the 2022 hit single Snooze alongside R&B star SZA. She also posted a backstage photo featuring Justin and Jack Blues on the festival grounds.
"Such a special weekend. Nobody will ever know even an ounce of what it’s taken to get here. So grateful for this beautiful life. SO proud. Let’s do it all again!!!!" she wrote in the Instagram caption.
Looking ahead, Justin Bieber has been teasing an expansion of his SKYLRK brand into consumer electronics, beginning with a line of wired earphones. Hailey Bieber has also helped promote the upcoming tech product, though an official release date has not yet been announced.
