An 83-year-old American woman named Kat Duncle says a near-death experience in 1967 helped her escape poverty and become a multimillionaire, according to Need To Know.
Duncle said that year she lost her son and stopped believing in God. She then went bankrupt, buried her father, and was hospitalized with severe internal bleeding, during which she lost consciousness.
Visions of a tunnel and a burning pit
Duncle said her visions began with a tunnel where her husband and two surviving sons stood praying for her recovery. She then heard a terrifying roar, followed by a wave of calm, and felt as though she were flying toward the heavens.
But Duncle said she never reached heaven. Her path suddenly changed, and she said she found herself in hell, facing a burning pit and hearing the cries of lost souls. This convinced her God was real, and she said she apologized to him before returning to her body.
A life changed
Duncle said the experience transformed her life, and she believes God has since sent her dreams that helped her build a successful business and become a multimillionaire. She said being that close to God was overwhelmingly beautiful, and that it has sustained her for half a century as she continues to declare that God is real.
