The 48-year-old former glamour model looked in great spirits as she puffed on a vape and walked alongside companions, waving happily to the crowd during the annual festival.
Price made sure to turn plenty of heads by putting her very ample cleavage on display in the skimpy outfit. The mother of five finished off her showstopping look with glittery fishnet tights and black ankle boots.
Her voluminous raven tresses were worn poker straight, and she coated her face in a thick layer of make-up for the glam occasion.
Manchester Pride is one of the United Kingdom's largest annual LGBTQ+ celebrations, held every August bank holiday weekend in Manchester city centre to promote equality and diversity.
Cryptic Posts Following Marital Drama
Katie's less-than-lowkey outing comes soon after she shared a cryptic post on social media about being hurt and going through difficult times amid ongoing marital drama with her husband Lee Andrews.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the TV personality shared a snap of a model reading a newspaper. The printed text on the newspaper read: "My side of the story doesn't matter anymore. Life happened, it hurt, I healed, but most importantly, I learned who deserves a seat at my table and who will never sit at it again."
She then tellingly wrote the words "I survived" over another quote, which stated: "I will never, ever forget who helped me in difficult times, who put me in difficult times, and who left me in difficult times."
While Katie did not specify who or what she was referring to in the posts, her words suggested all was not well in her personal life. The posts follow a turbulent period since she tied the knot with the controversial business leader in January after a whirlwind romance.
Husband Remains Incarcerated in Dubai
Her marriage to Andrews has been plagued with drama, including his prison stints, kidnapping, various lies, and accusations of scamming his exes.
The outing comes as it is thought Katie's 43-year-old husband continues to remain in jail, despite earlier reports that he was released last month.
The conman business leader was said to have been released in July following his second spell in Dubai's Al Awir prison after being hit with fraud claims. Dubai's Al Awir prison is the primary correctional facility in the United Arab Emirates designated for individuals facing criminal and financial fraud allegations.
Now, it has been claimed that Andrews was never released from custody, with sources reporting that his fellow inmates are fed up with his constant lies.
The Sun alleges that Andrews has been telling his inmates his exit paperwork is sorted each week, but as each new week comes he remains in prison.
Pledge to Hold Husband Accountable
Meanwhile, Katie appears to be sticking by her husband, having recently put her wedding ring back on in an Instagram selfie. The media personality also flashed her "Owned By Lee" tattoo while posing in a barely-there bikini.
Despite publicly continuing to support him, Katie previously vowed to hold her husband to account for hurting other people.
Speaking on her podcast, Katie said: "In fact, I'm going to get Ben [the producer of Katie's podcast] to interview him and Ben is going to delve in deep and I want to hear everything and it's too much and I don't like people hurting people. That's all I'm saying on it, I've not put anything up online, so you've heard it here for the first time."
For now, Price continues her public appearances across the UK as legal proceedings and detention concerning Andrews continue in Dubai.
