Kylie Jenner has revealed her latest skin treatment by sharing a photo of her face covered in white numbing cream and cling wrap during a FaceTime call with her sister Kendall Jenner.
The 29-year-old makeup mogul and Kylie Cosmetics founder posted the selfie to her Instagram Stories on Friday night after undergoing a microneedling cosmetic procedure.
Captioning the screenshot of the call with 30-year-old Kendall, Jenner wrote that she "did microneedling today, so this is what our FT looked like today with my numbing cream." She drew an arrow pointing to herself with the caption "crazy girl" and added an arrow pointing to Kendall, calling her sister a "cutie."

Following the initial photo, the reality television star posted a short, close-up video showing her makeup-free face. She wrote that her "skin is already healing so nice" after the session.
According to Healthline, microneedling "encourages collagen production using tiny, sterilized needles." The medical site notes that the procedure "may help smooth, firm, and tone skin and improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles." Professional sessions typically range from $200 to $800, a small price for the billionaire businesswoman.
Openness about plastic surgery and breast implants
The post comes as Jenner has grown increasingly open about her cosmetic enhancements over the past year. In June 2025, she publicly revealed details about her breast augmentation in a comment on TikTok.
When a fan asked how she achieved her enhanced chest, Jenner responded, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle, silicon." She credited plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who practices in Beverly Hills, for the procedure.
Earlier this week, the mother of two shared on the Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast, hosted by her friends Anastasia "Stassie" Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel, that she wants even larger breasts. Jenner declared, "They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my t*ts to walk in before I do."

During the podcast episode, Karanikolaou joked that the lipkit entrepreneur has "an obsession with big t*ts" and mentioned that friends have been hearing about her desire to increase her size "for the past year." When the co-hosts asked whether she would follow up on her promise to get another breast augmentation before turning 30, Jenner answered, "Probably not."
However, Jenner said she has her eye on a belly button piercing before her 30th birthday on August 10, 2027, explaining that she wants "diamonds dripping from my belly button." Villarroel supported the idea, telling Jenner, "I think you would like it, too, because you like low-rise things, like your little waist. I think you're going to look sexy with one."
Jenner shares her eight-year-old daughter Stormi and four-year-old son Aire with her ex-boyfriend, 35-year-old rapper Travis Scott. She has also been in a relationship with 30-year-old actor Timothee Chalamet since 2023.
