Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water (warm)
- 3 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- Soft wheat flour for flouring

- 2 minced garlic cloves

Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the yeast, water, whole-wheat flour and salt until smooth.
- Immediately after, pour the wheat flour on top and mix with a spoon until it detaches from the walls of the container.
- Transfer to a smooth, lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
- Open the dough forming a disc like a pizza.
