Bacon meatloaf recipe

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g of sliced ​​bacon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Filling

  • 250 g of grated provola
  • 1 cup cream cheese (cream)
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling well and set aside.
  2. In another container, mix the minced meat, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper to form a homogeneous mass.
  3. Reserve.
