Shrimp skewers recipe
Preparation time: 30min (+30min rest)
Performance: 4 portions
Difficulty level: average
Ingredients:
- 16 large prawns
- Salt, pepper and lemon to taste
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Method of preparation:
- Clean the prawns and season them with salt, pepper and lemon.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes as desired.
- Immediately after, thread it onto the skewers, dip it in the wheat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
- If desired, serve with a green salad and lemon wedges.
- Serve immediately.
