Shrimp skewers recipe

Preparation time: 30min (+30min rest)

Performance: 4 portions

Difficulty level: average

Ingredients:

  • 16 large prawns
  • Salt, pepper and lemon to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Clean the prawns and season them with salt, pepper and lemon.
  2. Leave to rest for 30 minutes as desired.
  3. Immediately after, thread it onto the skewers, dip it in the wheat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in oil until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
  5. If desired, serve with a green salad and lemon wedges.
  6. Serve immediately.
