Lemon caipirinha mousse

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of lemon flavored gelatin powder
- 4 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 cup (tea) of ice cubes
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
- 1 can of cold cream without whey
- 150 g of cream cheese
- 2 spoons of cachaça
- Zest from the zest of 2 lemons
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water
- Blend in a blender with the ice cubes and juice until completely dissolved.
- Add the cream, cream cheese and cachaça, then whisk to combine.
- Then add half the zest and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the remaining zest.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
