Many people who want to lose weight on scales believe this running in a t-shirt makes you lose weight faster. After all, the sweater leaves us with a feeling of greater warmth. Therefore, our body eliminates more fluids in sweat in an attempt to keep the temperature within the ideal.

But is simply generating more heat and sweat enough to make the claim that running in a T-shirt makes you lose weight faster? One of the arguments to defend this thesis is that warm clothing would have a role similar to thermogenic. That is, the increase in body heat would be able to accelerate the calorie expenditure of exercise. But that’s not quite how it works.
Does running in a t-shirt make you lose weight faster?
“When you do aerobic exercise and put on a cold blouse, your body temperature also increases and many conclude that there is an increase in thermogenesis. This is not true however. The effect can be opposite
