Ingredients:
- 2 sachets of vegetable seasoning powder
- 1/3 cup oil (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
- Fry oil
Filling
- 350 g of diced mozzarella
Method of preparation:
- In a large saucepan, heat the milk with the spices and oil over medium heat.
- Then cook for 5 minutes or until just starting to bubble.
- In the meantime, add the soft wheat flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a cold surface and wait for it to cool.
- Immediately afterwards, take portions of dough with your hands, fill with mozzarella cubes and close by shaping balls.
- Dip the balls in the egg and milk mixture and dip them in the breadcrumbs.
- Then fry, little by little, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Finally, drain on absorbent paper and serve.
