  • 1 cup green beans (chopped)
  • 2 cups broccoli (in bunches)

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • 1 pot of natural yoghurt (200g)
  • Grated Parmesan for dusting

Method of preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta and then set it aside
  2. Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, melt half the margarine and saute half the onion until wilted.
  3. Add the salmon and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add the broccoli and set aside
  5. In the blender, beat the milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg
