Ingredients:
- 1 bag of powdered poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
- 500 g of diced chicken
- 1 onion in petals
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 thinly sliced carrot
- 1 cup (tea) broccoli cooked al dente in bunches
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 cup(s) of soy sauce
- 1 cup of water (tea)
- 1 pack of macaroni ramen cooked (500g)
Method of preparation:
- First, season the chicken with the seasoning powder.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and brown the chicken over medium heat.
- Immediately after, add the ginger, onion and saute for 3 minutes.
- Then add the peppers, carrots and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, drizzle with sesame oil and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add the soy sauce, water and starch mixed together, stirring until slightly thickened.
- Finally, add the pasta, mix until the sauce is incorporated and serve.
