- Equipment: blender, processor or mixer
INGREDIENTS:
Vegan mayonnaise:
- ¾ cup soft tofu cheese, drained and cut into chunks
- ¾ Sicilian lemon (juice) a little more if necessary
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, more if needed
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
PRE-PREPARATION:
- Gather all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Drain and cut the tofu into small pieces.
- Peel and coarsely chop the garlic.
- Wash, dry and squeeze the lemon.
PREPARATION:
Vegan mayonnaise:
- In a blender, food processor or stand mixer, beat all the ingredients in the recipe until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the tofu mayonnaise in a bowl or individual bowls.
- If you prefer, place it directly on side dishes or on top of the main course.
