Vegan mayonnaise: wonderful texture and few ingredients


A vegan mayonnaise, very easy to make and very tasty, with only 5 ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

Vegan mayonnaise:

  • ¾ cup soft tofu cheese, drained and cut into chunks
  • ¾ Sicilian lemon (juice) a little more if necessary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, more if needed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt

PRE-PREPARATION:

  1. Gather all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. Drain and cut the tofu into small pieces.
  3. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic.
  4. Wash, dry and squeeze the lemon.

PREPARATION:

Vegan mayonnaise:

  1. In a blender, food processor or stand mixer, beat all the ingredients in the recipe until you get a smooth, creamy texture.

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the tofu mayonnaise in a bowl or individual bowls.
  2. If you prefer, place it directly on side dishes or on top of the main course.
