Dr. Gustavo also explained that the treatment must be accompanied by a dermatologist and involves the use of specific products for the problem, but a definitive cure is not known.
“Oral medications, such as corticosteroids, antifungals, corticosteroid shampoos, other anti-inflammatories or keratolytics – such as salicylic acid, may be indicated”finished.
