- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 150 g of finely chopped white chocolate
- 20 Thompson grapes
- 300 g of finely chopped milk chocolate

Method of preparation:
- In a pan, heat the condensed milk, margarine, powdered milk and 50 g of white chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
- With oiled hands, take small portions of dough and place a grape in the centre.
- Shape into balls and stick each brigadier on a small wooden toothpick.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Dip the brigadeiros in the melted chocolate, drain the excess and place them on baking paper.
- Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
- Decorate with strands of the remaining melted white chocolate and put back in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
