Having healthy habits can be a big challenge, especially for those who are faced with numerous demands on both work and personal life. In the rush of everyday life, moments of self-care end up being forgotten. It is in this reality that entrepreneurs Nathalia Simões AND Nicholas Vendramini they came together for one goal: to help people make their routines more beneficial for their bodies. With this motivation, the two founded the Holistix brand and platform, which is part of the health universe and offers some practical, fast and really working solutions.




A Casa Clã, a women’s event that aims to celebrate Women’s Month organized by CLAUDIA, Bebê.com, Good shape and Elástica, Nicole had a conversation with subscribers about what we can do to have a slightly more balanced routine on the afternoon of Friday, March 10. One of the thoughts raised by the guest was about how we try to manage everything and forget to pay attention to our well-being. Do you remember when was the last time you turned your eyes on yourself and only thought about your physical and mental well-being?

“We really want to do everything, we really want not to rest, but maybe our body maybe doesn’t want that much. We have to understand our limits and what we will give up if we want to do all this” , he said, in the speech “Três changes to adopt in your routine “.

According to her, the secret to having healthier habits is to have our brain automate them. “When we repeat good habits, we automate them and they become easier. When we repeat bad habits, they become easier and it becomes much harder to break free of them,” she explained.

Therefore, to start having a life focused on quality of life, it is necessary to have willpower and concentration, and do not forget that this initiative depends entirely on you. During the chat at Casa Clan, Nicole also advised that if your goal is to be healthier, she always considers your life context and adapt.

“Today our life is one, tomorrow maybe it will be another. That is, we have to be able to make this routine more flexible also as a function of that. So, today I don’t have children, but if tomorrow I will have them and I can’t adapt, I don’t I will have a chance to be healthy. Think about your everyday life and what you can do today.”

HEALTH IS MORE THAN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND FOOD

Inspired by the Ayurveda method, in the speech at the women’s event, Nicole defended that digestion is more important than the food you eat. “For example, if you eat salad every day but have difficulty digesting it, you have a problem. Now, if you eat fast food every day and can digest it, that’s better than the other way around. It’s the digestion of feelings, events and emotions.” , he clarified.

Based on the circadian cycle, he explained how our body is connected to nature and how sunlight affects its functioning. “Our connection to the environment is something totally scientific,” she stressed.

According to Vendramini, from six in the morning until ten, it’s a phase in which the sun is still rising, and it’s important to be serene at this time of day.

“Theoretically, it’s not up to us to wake up at six in the morning, and at six and five minutes to do physical activity, for example. It may sound healthy, but the truth is that our body is not yet prepared for such intensity in that moment. Physically speaking, we can also train in the morning, but the ideal is to wake up a little earlier,” he quoted.

The afternoon is a great time to socialise, exchange ideas and creativity. At night, our body asks for rest.

3 MINI HABITS FOR A HEALTHIER DAY

At first, you might think that this habit doesn’t make much difference to your health. However, scraping the tongue is essential for the elimination of bacteria and other toxins that accumulate in the region and contributes to the digestive system and the prevention of some infections.

Have a hot drink in the morning

“Hot liquid and heat have to do with physical digestion. In a healthy and logical process, we should wake up and have a bowel movement. And when we don’t, it means there’s something in the body clock that’s not 100% a hot drink or putting a heating pad in that abdominal region helps a lot to promote circulation in that region and cause movements that encourage us to go to the bathroom. In addition, that hot drink also gives that feeling of well-being,” he explained Vendramini in an interview with Boa Forma at the end of the talk.
