Ingredients:
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 ripe tomatoes without peel and seeds
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 kg duckling cut into cubes
- 2 liters of water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 carrots cut into cubes
- 3 mandioquinhas cut into cubes
- 2 potatoes cut into cubes
- 250 g of instant yakisoba
- 1 cup (tea) of green perfume
- 50 g of grated parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- In a pressure cooker, saute the garlic and tomato in the oil, then add the meat and saute for 15 minutes or until browned.
