The most spring drink: how to make a delicious jelly for a healthy intestine

In spring, our body needs special support more than ever: to shine after a prolonged cold and quickly say goodbye to the weight gained during the winter. This jelly with protective effect and mild cleanser will help to establish the metabolism.

You probably know that flax seeds are considered one of the main Russian superfoods. They are rich in omega acids, which are particularly important for women’s health, and also have a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract: protecting against inflammation, but at the same time providing a mild cleansing effect. This is why flaxseeds are recommended to be consumed by anyone losing weight. They can be added to porridge or yogurt, washed down with warm water. And you can prepare an unusual drink from them, which will delight you with its taste and health benefits.

Kissel made from flax seeds was prepared by our distant ancestors. The recipe for the drink is simple, but requires a lot of free time. If you have a blender, you can prepare a faster variant of flaxseed jelly – it will take no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients for flax seeds

  • Any fruit or berry (can be frozen) – 50 grams

How to cook flax seeds
