Healthy cocoa ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • Half a glass of boiling water
  • 1-2 tablespoons natural cocoa (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk – animal or vegetable, depending on preference

How to make healthy cocoa

  1. Pour boiling water over the flax seeds and let steep for 15 to 20 minutes
