On the air as the lawyer Lumiar in “Vai na Fé”, Carolina Dieckmann highlights her talent and also her appearance, with her skin visibly always well-groomed. She the actress usually says she’s not a fan of aesthetic procedures, but there’s one she admits she did when she turned 40 — she’s 44 today: lasers.
The technique is used to treat blemishes, scars, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve facial texture. According to dermatologist Lucas Miranda, a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology, the resource currently promotes results similar to those obtained with the application of collagen biostimulators or even with Botox.
“The Fotona Starwalker, for example (…), uses four different wavelengths, together with a micro-pulse system which results in 14 different pulse modes, as well as a special cold pulse, i.e. which does not act through the heat, ”the doctor points out.
“In practice, this makes it possible to treat imperfections in a much more precise way in all their components (pigmentary, vascular and inflammatory), reducing the possibility of the dreaded rebound effect and still favoring, in parallel, delicate and precise micro-perforations in the skin, improving texture and treat wrinkles, acne scars, or other marks at the same time.”

“The main factor in skin aging is the incidence of sunlight, even more than the passage of time itself. Therefore, without a doubt, the correct and regular use of sunscreen is the main measure,” recalls the dermatologist.
Explain that the product should be applied early in the morning, with 1 teaspoon for the face and neck and 1 tablespoon for the other parts of the body that will remain uncovered. Another tip is how to apply the substance: instead of dragging the cream over the skin, apply it gradually, with light movements. Miranda argues that this promotes the formation of a protective barrier.
