Easter egg with brigadeiro filling

ingredients

  • 220g of chocolate with crushed milk
  • Easter egg mold

Brigadier

  • 790 g of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 spoons of cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons of milk chocolate flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of white chocolate flakes

Method of preparation

Put the milk chocolate in a container, melt it in the microwave and mix well. With the help of a brush, spread the melted chocolate into a mold to create the egg shells and put in the fridge for 10 minutes. Repeat the process of spreading the chocolate into the mold and refrigerate it 2 more times. Reserve.

Brigadier

In a saucepan, put the condensed milk, the butter and the chocolate powder and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until you obtain the brigadier tip. Turn off the fire, wait for it to cool down. With half of the filling, shape the brigadeiros, coat them in the milk chocolate flakes and set them aside.

Assembly

Remove the egg from the fridge, fill it with the rest of the brigadier, put the chocolate flakes in the milk and put it back to freeze for another 5 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil. Then remove from the fridge, carefully unmold and decorate with the reserved brigadiers. Decorate with flakes of white chocolate and serve immediately.
