Easter egg with whey brigadeiro
Time: 25 minutes
Performance: 4 units
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 30g Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 spoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Method of preparation:
- Add the green banana biomass, whey, water and cocoa powder to a pan and cook over medium heat for five minutes.
- Meanwhile keep stirring until it thickens.
- You can add honey if you want the brigadeiro to be very sweet.
- Add the coconut oil and then stir for another three minutes.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and pour into a container or small jars.
- You can now serve or refrigerate for a few minutes to harden.
- Arrange the brigadeiro in 70% cocoa chocolate shells and serve immediately.
