Ingredients for panna cotta with passion fruit sauce:
- 3 jars of low-fat natural yogurt (510g)
- 1/2 cup light condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat sugar
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
Syrup:
- Pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat sugar
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the yogurt, condensed milk, low-fat sugar, essence, and gelatin prepared according to package directions until smooth.
- Pour a greased hole 22 cm in diameter into the center and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- For the syrup, in a pan, take the pulp of the passion fruit and the sugar, over low heat until a syrup is formed.
- Unmold the dessert onto a plate and drizzle with the cooled syrup to serve the panna cotta.
