Paraty will host the sixth edition of the Yoga Festival between June 1 and 4. After three years, the event returns to face-to-face format with the aim of spreading the ancient Indian teachings.
Aimed at both beginners and experienced practitioners, the program includes yoga, meditation, dance, music, lectures and conversation circles. In addition, there are alternative therapy and massage sessions, a vegetarian and vegan food court, a market and a space for children.
The opening of the event on Thursday (1st) will be completely free, with musical performances from 18:00 to 20:30. To participate in the activities scheduled for the other days, which mostly take place at Palheiro Trevo Clube, you need to purchase a ticket through the Paraty Yoga Festival website.
Single day passes can be purchased, costing R$ 250 on Friday (2nd), R$ 315 on Saturday (3rd) and R$ 190 on Sunday (4th); or two-day combos, which cost R$550 for Friday and Saturday and R$490 for Saturday and Sunday. There is also an all-day ticket for the event, for R$680.
Other experiences, which will take place in the midst of the natural and historical beauties of Paratymust be paid separately. There will be sunrise meditation sessions at Morro do Forte (R $ 60), trips to paddle a Polynesian canoe in the Jabaquara beach (R$ 200) and a boat trip with a yoga session along the Paraty Bay (BRL 350).
