The idea of the concept is that on Mondays you allow yourself to do only those tasks that absolutely cannot be postponed. In other words, you don’t have to answer every email – only choose the ones that might turn into a pumpkin tomorrow if you don’t answer them.
As a result, your first working day after Sunday will turn into a kind of compromise – on the one hand, you do not sit idle, on the other hand, you do not feel exhausted and devastated by the evening. What if the “minimum Monday” does not suit you, because absolutely all cases are urgent?
