One of the personalities who complained about the base was Karen Bachini, whose video went viral after the base came out with water on her face. In a 12-hour live broadcast, Virginia defended the product and responded to criticism, especially from Karen.
“I will speak from the heart… When we make a product, we launch what we like. And, man, I really liked the foundation. The foundation is the only one I use, I love it foundation (…) my skin it looks great, I go out and it lasts all day,” she said.
