Homemade sprinkled biscuits recipe

Time: 40 minutes

Performance: 40 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 12 tablespoons of water
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sprinkled sour or sweet
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of grated aged Minas cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a skillet, heat the oil and water over medium heat until boiling.
  2. Pour the acid starch or sweet flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
  3. Add the cheese and eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly.
  4. When the mass is uniform, remove from heat.
  5. Place in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle of your choice and form the biscuits into strips, balls or rings, directly on a large buttered baking sheet.
  6. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cookies are cooked through, but clear.
  7. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down and serve.
