Preparation time: 1 hour;

Yield: 10-12 slices.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 cup cashew or rice flour;
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal;
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour;
  • 1/4 cup water;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of olive oil;
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of organic yeast;
  • Salt to taste.

Method of preparation:

Beat all the liquid ingredients for 3 minutes in the blender. Add the flours and beat again. Turn off and incorporate the yeast and salt. Then place it in a pan greased with the flour of your choice and sprinkle it with sesame or sunflower seeds to decorate.
