Ingredients:
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1/2 cup margarine (tea)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 4 tablespoons ice water (approximately)
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- Creamy ricotta to taste
Filling
- 2 cups mozzarella (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup green olives (sliced)
- 2 boxes of cream (200 g each)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the flour with the margarine.
- Then add the salt, ice water and knead with your hands until a firm dough is formed.
- If necessary, add more water.
- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, mix the mozzarella, ham, parsley, olives and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Open the dough forming two discs.
- Line one side of the bottom and sides of a medium round cake tin with removable rim.
- Spread the filling, close with the other disc, brush with the egg yolk and bake in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve accompanied by cream cheese.

- 30 g of organic yeast
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups water (warm)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 5 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 2 cups guava paste (cubes)
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl put the yeast, sugar, salt and mix well until it becomes a liquid.
- Add the water, butter, eggs, powdered milk and vanilla.
- Add the flour little by little, kneading the dough until it comes off your hands.
- Let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and open each one with a rolling pin.
- Roll out the guava paste, roll it into rolls and cut into thick slices.
- Arrange them next to each other, arrange them in 2 buttered and floured molds of 26 cm in diameter with a hole in the center and brush them with the egg yolk.
- Place in a medium, preheated oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.

- In a blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, sugar, cream and chocolate powder until smooth.
- Transfer to a skillet and set over medium heat.
- In the meantime, keep stirring until it comes to a boil.
- Simmer for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and add as much cinnamon as desired.
- Meanwhile, put the pan back on low heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

- 1/2 cup coconut milk (tea)
- 1 sieved egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the water and the yeast.
- Gradually add the eggs, condensed milk, butter, wheat flour and mix well until you get a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Filling: Mix the grated coconut, coconut milk, sieved egg and sugar well in a bowl.
- Reserve.

- Soft wheat flour for flouring
- 1 egg for brushing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
Method of preparation:
- Beat the egg, potato, sugar, salt, butter and milk in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and make a hole in the centre.
- Pour in the liquid and mix until it is incorporated and a smooth dough is obtained, adding more flour if necessary.
- Don’t mix too much.
- Form balls and place them on a large greased and floured pan.
- Slightly flatten the balls with your hands and brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.

- Spread 1 tablespoon of ricotta cheese on each slice of bread.
- On each slice of bread put 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of tomato and straw potato.
- Close with the rest of the bread and place in the toaster for the time indicated or until golden brown.
