One of the architects' strategies was to invest in focal points, such as the surface of the television, which obtained a coating that imitates exposed brick (Anatolia Anticato Tradicional, 23 x 7 cm, by Palimanan) – in addition to the obvious charm that adds , it combines with a woody finish of the joinery. These elements form the neutral base, together with the sofa and other furniture and the gray paint on some of the walls (Repose Gray colour, ref. SW 7015, by Sherwin-Williams). Even the choice of cushions and frames was guided by the soft palette. Project by architects Fabiana Silveira and Patrícia de Palma, from SP Estudio.

The niches, also chosen on the basis of cost, these open elements contribute to the light appearance. A composition using pieces of different sizes has a decorative effect and serves as an alternative to paintings. Project by architect Raul Lins.

Translucent voile curtains invite in natural light and let you view the balcony, which makes the room appear larger. Project by architect Luiz Fernando Grabowsky

In the living room, the tones close to beige of the original floor prevail, maintained throughout the apartment. Neutrality is interrupted by blue garments such as poufs. They also function as trunks and feature castors, allowing them to be slid under the rack after use. Design office project only.

The resident insisted on having integrated lighting in the living room, despite not being budgeted for a plaster ceiling. Thus the decorator Cláudia Bitelo has designed a long shelf that has received four points of dichroic lamps.

Designed by Isabel, the piece that runs the length of the room is made from MDF, with a textured top and back and a lacquered base. Multipurpose, it serves as a shelf and bench and also helps with organization, offering chests of drawers, niches and cellar. Project by architect Isabel Amorim

Architect Cristiane Dilly designed a neutral base for the decoration and used strong color details to personalize each corner.

Spacious, the TV room was designed with few pieces, neutrality and lots of wood. The paneled shelf and the suede sofa are the protagonists (Bulgari, 2.10 x 1.10 x 0.75 m*. Etna). Project by architect André Bove, Raduan Arquitetura studio.
