Ingredients:
- 2 sachets of vegetable seasoning powder
- 1/3 cup oil (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
- Fry oil
Filling
- 350 g of diced mozzarella
Method of preparation:
- In a large saucepan, heat the milk with the spices and oil over medium heat.
- Then cook for 5 minutes or until just starting to bubble.
- In the meantime, add the soft wheat flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a cold surface and wait for it to cool.
- Immediately afterwards, take portions of dough with your hands, fill with mozzarella cubes and close by shaping balls.
- Dip the balls in the egg and milk mixture and dip them in the breadcrumbs.
- Then fry, little by little, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Finally, drain on absorbent paper and serve.

- Salt, chopped parsley and oregano to taste

Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the potato, oats, egg and salt until smooth.
- In another bowl mix the ingredients for the filling.
- Remove small portions of dough, place a cube of seasoned cheese in the center and form into balls.
- Pass in the milk, in the wholemeal flour and put one ball next to the other in a buttered mould.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Packaging for sale.

- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
- 2 cups milk (cold)
- breadcrumbs for breading
- Fry oil
Filling
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup diced fried bacon
- 1/2 cup (tea) of catupiry® type curd
Method of preparation:
- In a pan mix the cassava, water, chicken broth and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the flour all at once, stirring until it forms a ball and pulls away from the bottom of the pan. Let cool.
- For the filling, mix the ingredients and form balls.
- Open small portions of dough in your hand, divide the balls of filling between them and close by shaping the balls.
- Dip in cold milk, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil, a little at a time, until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.

- 2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
- 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
- Oil for greasing and frying
Filling
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) of Catupiry®
- 1 can of drained corn
- oregano to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a large saucepan, heat the milk, water, vegetable broth and oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to boil.
- Add the soft wheat flour all at once and mix well with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a greased surface and wait for it to cool.
- Mix the mozzarella, Catupiry®, corn and oregano in a bowl.
- Open portions of dough with your hands, put a little filling in the center and close forming balls.
- Pass in the mixture of water and eggs and then in the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan.
- Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.

- 1/2 tablespoon salt 3 cups (tea) boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup (tea) cornstarch
- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- Oil for greasing and frying
- Soft wheat flour for breading
- 2 beaten eggs for breading
- 2 cups (tea) shredded angel hair paste for breading
Filling
- 2 cups mozzarella (diced)
Method of preparation:
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat the water with the margarine and salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to boil.
- Add the boiled potato, cornstarch and wheat flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pot.
- Place on a greased surface and wait for it to cool.
- Open small portions of dough in your hand, fill each one with a cube of mozzarella and close, shaping balls.
- Pass in the wheat flour, in the beaten eggs and finally in the angel hair pasta.
- Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately, if desired, with vinaigrette.

Filling
- 2 cups mozzarella (diced)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 10 chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Beat the dough ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour, until smooth.
- Pour contents into a skillet, bring to high heat, and stir until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
- After boiling, put the wheat flour and mix quickly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling.
- Divide the dough into equal parts, form a ball, flatten the central part, stuff and form a ball again.
- Pass them in the egg whites, in the breadcrumbs and fry them in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
