Ingredients:

  • 1 celery stalk cut into cubes
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 large potato, diced
  • 2 mandioquinhas cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cup corn (drained)
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (tea)
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 20 pasta ready for boats
  • Straw potato to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the celery, carrot, potato, cassava, corn and chicken.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and cream and season with salt, pepper and green perfume.
  3. Pour over the previous mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Distribute among the boats, sprinkle with straw potatoes and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 10 ricotta skewers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil, oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of honey, pepper jelly or the complement of your choice

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the wooden sticks from the coalho cheese skewers.
  2. Brush the ricotta pieces with olive oil.
  3. Put the cheese in the electric fryer and then let it cook for 10 minutes at 160ºC.
  4. Later, if you want to make it even more crunchy, the advice is to leave it for between 3 and 5 minutes at 180ºC.
  5. Ok, now all you have to do is remove the ricotta from the airfryer and enjoy it warm.
  6. Serve immediately with honey or pepper jelly.

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 1 seedless chilli, minced
  • salt to taste
  • Doritos®-style snacks to accompany

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and, in a bowl, mash them with a fork to form a paste.
  2. Add the grated onion, the chopped tomatoes, the seedless chilli and mix.
  3. Add the lemon juice and season with salt.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Place in a small refractory and serve with the Doritos® snacks around.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 slices of Italian bread 1 inch thick
  • olive oil for greasing
  • 3 ripe seedless tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
  • Salt and minced pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded buffalo mozzarella

black olive paste

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation:

  1. For the olive paste, beat the ingredients in a food processor or blender using the pulsar button. Reserve.
  2. Cut off the end of the garlic clove and spread it all over the bread slices.
  3. Arrange them in a baking dish greased with extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Divide the olive paste among the slices.
  5. In a bowl mix the tomato and basil and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  6. Divide the mixture between the slices of bread.
  7. Sprinkle over the buffalo mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked and mashed cassava (tea)
  • 2 cups of water (tea)
  • 2 cubes of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups milk (cold)
  • breadcrumbs for breading
  • Fry oil

Filling

  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup diced fried bacon
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of catupiry® type curd

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan mix the cassava, water, chicken broth and butter.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the flour all at once, stirring until it forms a ball and pulls away from the bottom of the pan. Let cool.
  3. For the filling, mix the ingredients and form balls.
  4. Open small portions of dough in your hand, divide the balls of filling between them and close by shaping the balls.
  5. Dip in cold milk, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil, a little at a time, until golden brown.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 grated raw chayote
  • 1 grated raw carrot
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3/4 cup (tea) of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
  • 1 3/4 cups (tea) wheat flour (approximately)
  • 20 cubes of provolone
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the chayote, carrot, rice, milk, cheese and season with salt, pepper and green smelt.
  2. Add the baking powder and flour, a little at a time, forming a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
  3. If necessary, add more flour.
  4. Take small portions of dough, open it in the palm of your hand, place a cube of cheese in the center and form balls.
  5. Fry, slowly, in immersion, in boiling oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and then serve your appetizer.
