| Airbnb just announced changes to its platform. The largest vacation rental company in the world, the startup has unveiled at least 50 new features and improvements based on guest and host feedback. The need to make travel cheaper was also the reason Airbnb put more emphasis on room rentals, which means a return to the essence of the platform. A new and quite functional feature is what it displays “Distance from points of interest” – you search for a tourist place and the platform shows the distance between the attraction and the accommodation; check out other changes. |
The naturally heated waters draw many visitors to the southeast of Goiás, where the city of Caldas Novas and its neighbor Rio Quente have an excellent leisure facility. Those who do not stay in hotels and resorts can buy tickets for the seven water parks open to the public, or rent apartments in condominiums equipped with thermal pools, restaurants and other entertainment. The houses also usually have swimming pools as an almost mandatory element and, when they are located on the banks of the Corumba lake, have direct access to boat trips and water sports. Like the other apartments on this list, this one is also located in a building with a swimming pool complex, including four thermal ones and one “normal”. The Bandeirantes neighborhood, where it is located, has several options for snack bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the Privê Diversão Park. The condominium also has a cinema room, game room, sauna, games room, corner bar, restaurant and other activities. Far from the center of Caldas Novas, this home is closest to the Rio Quente entrance where guests can visit the Hot Park water park. Inside the house for eight guests, there are four bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and a single bed, another suite with a double bed only, and two other bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, which are connected by the same bath. . The kitchen, with fridge, hob and utensils, is open to the dining room and TV room. Outside there is a barbecue area with cooker and brewer, as well as a barbecue. Located within a gated community with access to Corumba lake, guests of this brand new home can take boat trips during flood season – swimming is prohibited due to the presence of piranhas. In addition to being close to the lake, the accommodation is also just a few minutes’ drive from both the Náutico Praia Clube and Kawana Park. The accommodation has three bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, another with two single beds and one with a double bed. Central to it all is the combined living room and kitchen.
