As veterinarian Aline Ambrogi explains, when the dog receives less attention from the guardian, it begins to exhibit strange behaviors.   1. Bring the pet to know the baby’s new bedroom, so he can smell the new smells of the environment and understand that there is something different;
  2. Before the baby arrives, take an item of clothing from the baby and have the animal sniff it;
  3. Always keep your pet up to date with vaccinations;
  4. Don’t isolate the animal with the arrival of the baby, it must feel part of the family;
  5. Don’t forget to introduce your child to the animal when you get home;
  6. Reserve some time of the day for the animal, so that it feels loved and safe;
  7. When the pet is alone, leave him toys to expend energy.
