Ingredients:
- 1 cup cornmeal (tea)
- 6 1/2 cups (tea) water
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 500 g of cooked and minced beef
- 1/2 yellow pepper chopped
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 diced tomatoes
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the cornmeal in 2 cups (tea) water and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the extract, the meat, the peppers, the meat stock and saute for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add the tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining water and, when it boils, add the dissolved cornmeal.
- Season with salt, season with pepper and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring until it thickens.
- Transfer to soup plates, sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and serve.

- 1 1/3 cups (tea) rice flour
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) of fennel seeds
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup butter (tea)
- Butter for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients until they are rolled.
- Form balls, put them in a buttered and floured loaf pan, then flatten them slightly.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.

Sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil (tea)

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (tea)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Method of preparation:
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Dip the baits in the beaten egg and cornmeal.
- Fry in hot oil, a little at a time, until lightly browned.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Blend the sauce ingredients in a blender until creamy.
- Then serve accompanied by the baits.

- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 2 1/2 cups cornmeal (tea)
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut (chopped)
- 50 g of finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped coconut
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, butter and sugar.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix the cornmeal, flour, grated coconut and Parmesan with a wire whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix the yeast with a spoon and transfer into a small, greased and floured mould.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- In a saucepan, heat the syrup ingredients over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Spread on the still warm cake, leave to cool and serve, if desired, with a sprinkling of coconut.

- 1 cup cornmeal (tea)
- 1 cup wheat flour (approximately)
- 1 sachet of vegetable broth powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
- Fry oil
guacamole
- Pulp of 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 1/2 chopped seedless pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the guacamoleIn a bowl, mix the avocado pulp, lemon juice, onion, tomato, pepper, parsley and salt to form a paste and store in a gravy boat in the fridge.
- In a bowl mix the cornmeal, flour, vegetable broth and salt.
- Add the eggs, water and knead to form a homogeneous mass that comes off your hands.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- With a rolling pin, open the dough on a floured surface until it becomes thin.
- Cut into medium triangles and fry, a little at a time, in hot oil, until golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve with the guacamole.

- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 1/3 cup butter (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup (tea) sugar

- 3 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
- 1 cup (tea) of creamy guava paste

Method of preparation:
- First, beat the yeast, milk, butter, 2 eggs, sugar, salt and cornmeal in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add the flour, little by little, stirring with a spoon until it comes off the walls of the bowl.
- Then transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Then form a ball, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
