Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1/2 cup honey (tea)
- 2 tbsp Ginger (diced)
- 1 peeled chopped apple
- Peel of 1 orange
- 4 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cups cachaça (tea)
Method of preparation:
- In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the sugar, without stirring, until it forms a golden but not too dark caramel.
- Add the water, honey, ginger, apple, orange zest, cloves and cinnamon
- Meanwhile, stir until all caramel melts.
- Add the cachaça and bring it to the boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes and then serve.
