Ingredients:

  • 3 cups potatoes (diced)
  • 2 skinless and seedless diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup roasted ham (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup olives (sliced)
  • Salt, chili sauce and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
  • Lettuce leaves and crushed pepper to garnish

Method of preparation:

  1. Steam the potato for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until softened.
  3. Put it in a vase, add the tomato, the stalk, the olive, the green herb and mix.
  4. Drizzle the mayonnaise with the chili sauce, salt and pour over the sausage.
