Ingredients:
- 3 cups potatoes (diced)
- 2 skinless and seedless diced tomatoes
- 1 cup roasted ham (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olives (sliced)
- Salt, chili sauce and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
- Lettuce leaves and crushed pepper to garnish
Method of preparation:
- Steam the potato for 10 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until softened.
- Put it in a vase, add the tomato, the stalk, the olive, the green herb and mix.
- Drizzle the mayonnaise with the chili sauce, salt and pour over the sausage.
- Mix with a spoon and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator and line the bottom of a plate with lettuce leaves.
