Traditional anthill cake recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oil (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 1 and 1/3 cups (tea) of milk
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 3 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate (grated)
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
- Grated coconut flakes and chocolate chips for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Blend the oil, egg, milk and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the flour, coconut, granules and baking powder into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a greased and floured 24cm diameter cake tin with a hole in the centre, and place in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and unroll.
- Sprinkle with coconut, sprinkles and serve.
