  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk (tea)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
  2. Add the raisins and mix.
  3. In another bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and milk, mixing with a spoon until smooth.
  4. Add the flour mixture, a little at a time, stirring with a spoon.
  5. Shape the biscuits with the help of 2 spoons and arrange them on a pan lined with baking paper.
  6. Leave ample space between cookies and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Leave to cool and store in a closed container.

  • 100 grams of rolled oats

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle some rolled oats on your work surface, wet your hands slightly and shape the dough. cookie – about 16cm in diameter and 1.5cm thick.

  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 cup (tea) of colorful sweets

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the margarine, sugar, chocolate, eggs and salt until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate and wheat flour and mix with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and with the help of a spoon form small piles of dough, keeping them spaced apart.
  4. On top of the mounds, arrange the pastry portions and place in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Leave to cool and serve.

  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)
  • 300 g of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • Chopped milk chocolate to decorate

Filling

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 box of cream (100g)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
  2. Add the eggs and mix. Add the flour, a little at a time, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. Add the yeast and mix again.
  4. Add the semisweet chocolate and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into 2 20cm diameter baking trays lined with baking paper and place in the preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold.
  7. For the filling, place the condensed milk, chocolate and butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  8. Turn off, combine with sour cream, mix and leave to cool.
  9. Arrange one disc of biscuits on a plate, spread the filling on top and cover with the other disc of biscuits.
  10. Decorate with chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g of Nutella®
  • 150 g of butter at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (tea)
  • 1/3 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
  • 2 and 3/4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 80 g of chocolate chips

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour the Nutella® on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until it forms a paste.
  3. Add the egg, the yolks, the essence, the flour and mix, little by little, mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
  5. Open a portion of pasta in your hands, put a portion of Nutella® and close, shaping balls.
  6. Repeat the procedure until the dough is finished and arrange them, side by side, in a large pan lined with buttered paper.
  7. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 15 minutes or until set.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • Crystalline sugar and icing sugar for dusting
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • 200 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, sift the flour, chocolate and baking powder.
  2. Combine the chocolate chips and set aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie and mix with the eggs and sugar, using a hand whisk.
  4. Add to the flour mixture until smooth, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Form balls, roll them in sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
  6. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 grated apples
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the wheat flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add the butter and mix.
  3. Add the milk and the egg and mix until a firm and homogeneous mass is formed, adding more milk if necessary.
  4. Add the apple, walnuts and raisins and mix with your hands until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Shape the dough into a not very thick cylinder, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Drain and cut into 1cm slices.
  7. Place, side by side, in a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until set.
  8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
