Broccoli Soup With Cauliflower

- 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- 3 cups of tea broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the coconut oil and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and saute. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the water and cook until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down and transfer the ingredients to a blender. Beat until you get a homogeneous consistency.
