ingredients

  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 stalks of celery

Method of preparation

Cut the tomatoes in half and the onion into four pieces. Then place them in a large pot along with the salt. Fill with water and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Then, remove from heat and leave to cool.
