99 calorie serving: three medium shells
ingredients
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ liter of water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 stalks of celery
Method of preparation
Cut the tomatoes in half and the onion into four pieces. Then place them in a large pot along with the salt. Fill with water and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Then, remove from heat and leave to cool.
Transfer everything, including the water, to the blender and beat until smooth. Strain the broth through a fine sieve and then return it to the pan. Bring to a boil and add the Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Leave to cool and serve with the celery stalks.
