- 2 liters of water
- 1 jar of cream (300 g)
Method of preparation:
- To start, place the mushroom in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for 12 hours.
- After this time, remove the mushrooms from the water and cut each into small pieces. Reserve mushrooms and liquid.
- Choose a large pot with a lid. Put half the butter in it and melt it over medium heat.
- Add the meat and onion, season with salt and pepper and sauté. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the rest of the butter and fry the mushrooms over high heat. Reserve.
- Still in the same pan, sauté the rice for 2 minutes over high heat.
- After this time, lower the heat and gradually add the meat stock dissolved in the water, stirring constantly.
